    <summary type="html">I never think about before and after pics of anything I get done. I should remember to do it because what I have redone was pretty sad in the before. I'll try to remember to take pics in the future.&#xD;
I would be like you and it would be hard to not jump in on the remodel in your apt. Are you just there temp., until you buy something else?&#xD;
Oh, just got our first full gas bill after installing the woodstove. Our bill was only $36. This month last year we used 76 therms of gas and this month, this year we used 19. What a difference, I'm impressed.! :)</summary>

    <summary type="html">I'm still plugging along with all the things to do on our fixer-upper. We're about out of good weather for any thing outside, so I'll get some of the inside stuff done this winter (new tile in the kitchen and one more bath).&#xD;
Heating fuels prices are supposed to double this winter, so we put in a freestanding woodstove. We had to tear the old fireplace out and completely redo the corner where the woodstove went. The woodstove is great and our furnaces (we have 2) haven't been on yet.&#xD;

I've recently relocated to LA as a renter, &amp;amp; it's taking all the restraint I have not to pitch in with the major remodeling going on for my kitchen/bath (down to the dirt &amp;amp; studs due to structural issues).....&#xD;
