Ok, here goes...I have an older Mini Winnebago that I travel in during the winter. The last few times I filled it with gas it leaked. It only leaks when I fill it so it seems to be a problem with the pipe running from the opening to the tank. It looks like there is some kind of an overflow or air flow tube inside the opening and I think this may be the problem. Any suggestions?

Re: Gas leak
Sat, June 24, 2006 - 9:03 AMIt turned out that it was the air tube(?) that was feeding off the stem. I found I could avoid leaking by the way I held the gas nozzle. Kind of a pain in the neck but simpler than replacing it. -

Thu, June 29, 2006 - 2:20 AMDon't mess with the gas. Replace the tube or whatever you have to. Safety first. With explosives don't go with the easy go with the safe. -
